Definitely pay VIA paypal, not by cash, wire, etc. You only get ยฃ150 worth of insurance (paypal buyer protection) according to the ad... but I guess you could always contest the CC charges if the sale goes bad. Perhaps you could have someone near the seller meet him in person and pay on your behalf, or even fly over and get it in person. I know for the value of the print... that is what I would be arranging.
Also, ask for more photos of the print, perhaps with a scrap of paper that has the seller ID written on it so you know he really has it. There are many images of prints that people can use as their own!

Arrangement of delivery costs to be determined. States will only dispatch to the USA. If you get through that and are still ok, then INSIST on trackable delivery. I'd even ask the dude or dudette to take pictures with ebay name with the print in the the tube prior to mail making sure you see the delivery address and print. Have the original owner verified by POW once you get the print. Oh yeah, PAY WITH PAYPAL ONLY WITH A CREDIT CARD. Now, you tell me, what would you do?

If you really want it though, see if he has the pow receipt and can send you a photo.
And if he will only send to the US, you can use my parents address and I'll have them forward to you. Don't worry, I'm not a rat lover.

Have heard nothing back from the seller. 0 feedback, someone not posting it on .co.uk, and not answering questions does not add up to being kosher if you ask me.

My top tip is only deal with Paypal sellers that are "CONFIRMED" If they dont have paypal becuase they are new, wait until they have taken the steps to get confirmed (Normally about 4 days)
