I was really hoping he would include some of his awesome guys (do they have a name?) on his next print but this is really quite amazing. I will certainly be going for it. What do you guys expect the release to be like? Instant sell out? Is it fastest to check out or if you cart one are you good?

Thats really short notice - 5pm today this comes out.

Judging by previous prints this is going to be special.
Will probably fail but ill give it a go, its going to be tricky to get it.

His first print in 2-3 years must have the expresso bean lot wetting themselves

I frequent both forums (EB more admittedly) but Phelgm seems to have way more of a fan base here than there... Can only think of 4 or so blokes on EB that collect all his work.

That 322 page thread over there on phlegm is funny reading

1. Hundreds (thousands?) of us are active on multiple art forums. When you trash talk EB, you are in essence slamming members on UAA.
2. So you read all 322 pages of the Phlegm thread on EB. In my book, that makes you the crazy uncle no one wants to be around, whether you joined EB or not. Oh, and just to be clear, threads on EB have 15 posts per page, and on UAA threads have 30 posts per page. So the 322 pages on EB is equivalent to 161 pages on UAA. So maybe you aren’t the crazy uncle, but just the spoiled kid who screams all the time.
3. A simple search for Stik (you do remember him?) turns up 736 THREADS on UAA - not posts, THREADS. And reading them isn’t “funny.” They start out like Leave It to Beaver or Ozzie and Harriet, but after three or four posts morph into Dark Mirror. If a few collectors on EB have a hard on for Phlegm - and most of them are UAA members as well - then the UAA members who adore Stik should heed the warning on the Viagra bottle: if this erection lasts more than four hours seek professional help. As a disclaimer, I have contributed quite a few posts on the EB Phlegm thread, and likewise I’ve posted quite a few times about Stik on this forum. I like both artists quite a bit.

Yes, you all touched a nerve. And it isn’t really a need to defend EB as much as a need to speak out against criticizing and belittling others to make ourselves feel good. Hell, I have to put up with Trump every day, and the last thing we all need is the same kind of thing here. More bots among EB members? Please ... pulled that out of your a.. How many times do I have to read on UAA that EB is more focused on sales and money? That certainly hasn’t been my experience being active on both boards, and a quick glance at available statistics doesn’t support that stereotype. Does EB like Phlegm more than UAA? Hell if I know, but I don’t think so. UAA is certainly more focused on street and urban art than EB, and Phlegm is a prolific street artist.

I, for one, greatly admire Phlegm and collect his art. I have no intention of buying this print - although I suspect it will be terrific in the flesh - because I’m targeting OGs.

29 x 25 is very small.
And it looks kind a artsy craftsy... this one. Not phelgmy enough.

Might still try but won’t be too disappointed if missed.
