New Banksy Lyme Regis, Dorset, by Zippy on May 3, 2012 23:23:41 GMT 1, Really like this piece and thanks for posting.
Been looking at it / thinking about it tonight. In Japanese culture it's traditional to make origami cranes (I think a thousand) and give them as gifts to someone to wish them a long life. It also relates to someone who Is recovering from an injury or long term illness.
So I believe it references the unfortunate situation with Robbo's condition.

New Banksy Lyme Regis, Dorset, by Hubble Bubble on May 4, 2012 8:32:02 GMT 1, Zippy this was mentioned earlier in the thread I think. Made me think it would be great to see this as a print of 1000 so widely accessible - with proceeds going to Robbo fund, or some associated charity. HB

+1 hubblebubble - news on Robbo doesn't sound great, so it would be a nice gesture: its a good image and if this is the sentiment, then its something that is likely to have a degree of traction with people in the street art movement.

New Banksy Lyme Regis, Dorset, by boatyyy on May 8, 2012 16:19:02 GMT 1, so beautiful and pure a piece... thanks for the close up...
everything about this piece is poignant and beautiful with symbolic meaning in each of the elements: -its placement by the water -the fish and the fact it's in the mouth -the origami cranes -the positioning to cast a near perfect reflection in the water -the greenery in the surroundings ...be nice to see additional pics of it as the seasons change...

New Banksy Lyme Regis, Dorset, by lha on Jul 23, 2012 19:02:03 GMT 1, Was in Dorset on Sunday so thought i'd see how the origami crane was looking. Has been tagged and weathered by the recent high waters but still looking good, one of my favourite pieces. Apologies for the poor image quality - only had phone camera available but you get the general idea!
