I declined, i never actually saw it, just got offered it, if i was interested. I declined due to price and lack of funds.
Maybe this is like the one i got offered, who knows.

I'm sure one of the pictures had an orange and a dark blue CYW in it. Maybe this is the one.

Well, then POW should not be in the authentication business, if they are going to deny provenance to something that they don't like being distributed, when it is in fact real. I am not expressing my own opinion as to its validity, but POW should authenticate any true Banksy, whether it was a purchase, a gift or found in a rubbish bin. It's either a Banksy or it's not.

Exactly what I was told. Seems genuine enough but I've not asked to see the COA as its gonna be out of my reach at the moment I suspect.
