Then again I guess its ok, given that Fragile is your mate, you can land him in it also.

Apprint seems to be having a go and certainly is out of his depth in what he thinks he knows about what is fake/stolen etc.
Radar Rat is being researched by POW and PC. It's genuine, provenance is being looked into.
POW Banksy piece - someone else I know has it. The only connection to you Fragile, is that on your photostream, you say it's a Banksy.
That is all there is to all of this. Not sure how Fragile has been mentioned in any of this???

I emailed Dora and spoke to her about this print, sent her a jpeg of the COA that seller emailed me kindly, never heard anything back from her before the auction ended...
I still think it's genuine though.

the reason for the question is that gift prints are a grey area, with POW not always issuing a COA for them.
I don't think their approach is consistent so when someone claims to have a COA for a gift print the question arises.
example - about a year or so ago someone was trying to sell a signed Banksy Spray Can Cow Girl on the forum. everything seemed to be above board, but POW would not issue a COA even though they admitted it was genuine. I can't remember if they guy ever sold the print, but without the COA people were low balling him with offers.
