Apparently Hirst with all his millions was upset over the work. As for saying thank you they didn't. Not to worry i can always do more ;D

EDIT - Having just had a quick read up on copyright, it could be just the art, no need to use the book at all!

Well done on the Guardian article - just about the most positive piece I've ever seen a regular art critic write about this scene.
