Thanks warmgun, some are done from scetches.
Others are Nobods, I dont want them to be tied to a reference, so as a child would paint a face, eyes, nose, face, mouth, making them as sugestions, so they remain spontaneous and have and abstract feel.
Basicically, an oval for the face, a black splonge for the eyes and nose, and line for mouth, the rest is imediate in front of the board, and down to the paint, and mood I am in.

Thumbs up  Cheers mate, he used to live in a flat at the bottom of our street. he was about 80, and used to walk to York House (The biggest Block of flats in Bradford, I think, Famous for getting a mention on the Classic Film, Rita, Sue and Bob Too.) every day in full Bay city roller gettup, all the kids use to tornt him, and he use to run after them shaking his walking stick, it was a sight to be seen. thanks again

Lona agree cheeky but nice take on it and think works well.
In your own right everyone knows very talented and loved seeing what you have done the last few pages but and only a big but! your stunning in fine art pieces produce.
One art piece if had the chance would honestly have no thoughts of getting be more concerned on when it would arrive in my home.
What I have always liked about you since when we first spoken many months/years ago is you never liked to be held into a box and always was trying new techniques.
Takes someone special to come out of there comfort zone and invest time in doing art pieces of different styles.
It is my own liking but your fine art work is something that I would be happy to have in my home. From seeing something special would say be more than happy to have 10 - 30 art pieces from you in that style.
I looked at work on this thread and amazed by your talent but then seen truly amazing art piece from you and now hooked to see if you ever go down the line of fine art.
Always have been a great friend to me and supported me when wasnt so well and hope what I write doesnt ruin friendship really appreciated and trusted...s

Sanded against the grain so you could achieve the texture that's in your work recently.

Think your right mate, that would look great.
when I was doing the 3d paints, I really enjoyed doing them.
Would love to have a go at a full sculpture, at some point.
May have a go at bringing the 3d element into these, as a bit of an experiment
