Girl With Balloon - On Ebay 2.5k, by sausageboonwee on Sept 11, 2007 22:01:33 GMT 1, No stamp which will put everyone off. If POW are happy to authenticate why don't don't they stamp it to prove they are happy with it. Seems fair enough.

None of the early, ie good, ones are stamped. What possible difference would it make ? the guy has full provenance. A 50 quid stamp doesn't help authenticate anything.

Girl With Balloon - On Ebay 2.5k, by jam on Sept 11, 2007 22:17:24 GMT 1, Was the POW stamp that would have been on the GWB the same as the one they use currently? I am not sure when they changed it, but that could be a reason for not stamping it when they authenticate the print. I also don't think POW would stamp it as I believe their authentication process goes only as far as an email that confirms the name of the original buyer.
