With an international lineup of some of the world's most exceptional vandalists expect the unexpected, be prepared for a riotous occasion.
NO FEES/NO SPONSORS/NO SALES = JUST PUBLIC ART.

No way....a publicly advertised group illegal activity was stopped by the police....im shocked.
Now go away and do it in the dark like everyone else so we can enjoy looking at it in the daytime....

Seize Art Fare - 1 June, by barryh on Jun 2, 2012 11:46:37 GMT 1, i was there doing some paste up's, Everything was ok then a couple of residents started being threatening and trying to film me, Saying they were going to give it to police etc, Told them to politely f off and get out my face before i lamp one of them, It all went pearshapped after that , very funny wish i had it on video, I have never witnessed so much anger at a bunch of people doing some creative work on a s**tty old bit of corrugated iron, Most of the artists there were women too, The funniest thing was a workman turning up and asking who had threatened his mate and wanting to take on all comers , PRICELESS
I think what is priceless is people thinking they have the right to tell residents to fk off, when a bunch of toys have arrived in the day time to graff up a street.

You know the organiser could have gone around and had a chat with residents before to explain what was going to happen and sound them out a bit..
There are plenty of places around that area(as happy shopper has said) that are totally non residential and would prove no problem.
Was this organised (or not as it would seem) by Cartrain?
