Otherwise all will start e-mailing them.
If you got your confrimation from Protx I am sure you will be fine.
POW are not trying to shaft anyone, jsut give them a bit of breathing space so they can process and start sending them out.
If everyone on this forum e-mails them they will be too caught up in admin.

POW Confirmation email, by Adamski on Sept 20, 2007 13:16:45 GMT 1, I emailed them yeaterday and didn't get a response, but because I bought the second print this morning, just to be safe, I got a confirmation email and I replied telling them I bought one yesterday too, they then said they will sort it.
As Zippy says, no need to panic, they will be swamped at the moment - 1000 prints, probably a few hundred double/triple orders, 5000 emails and one hell of a spreadsheet.
