Im sorry but whilst i agree the wording of the auction could be misleading and the pictures are, if you bid without readind an auction you are a t**t. the person who won this auction, and everyone that placed a bid are utter idiots. It does say 'you are bidding on this image printed on a t shirt'.
now as a seller, he obviously knows that no one would bid ยฃ1400+ on a shitty bootleg t shirt, and to that end it is his responsibility to refuse the payment. No one deserves to be scammed, its not nice at all, but i know for a fact that if i am ever scammed, it wont be because i didnt read the discription on a fucking ebay auction!!
