That's surely a joke yea?! Been burnt on here before  His commission prices started at about 500 quid last August.... Not seen a Gallery actively advertise the Commission price like that before either...
Copied direct from the mailout, so it seems that is now the price for an OG...

Graffic wanted a minimum commision price of 1850 in the last month or 2. Then the Blue sat dish at 6k.

Lol thats what i thought about the blue sat dish. Not a bloody hope!!! sold in about 2 weeks i think.
I think the new direction will be key to it all! I hope it works out to, dont want to see these guys vanish from the streets!

I don't understand nor can I comprehend the prices of his work or even understand what the gallery is looking at when it describes his work as "they are loaded with poignant emotions and a mature sensibility". Certain works by him, the Burqa, sure I can see this. But others, I really can't delve into and gain some sort of overpowering sense of awe.
Whilst his work does, what the gallery describes as 'tackling', deal with issues such as gender and class. This isn't anything new and quite frankly I think the continuous use of stick men is extremely limiting on a commercial purpose but on a street purpose it works. I'm not keen on the constant reproductions of his work and personally think that if he keeps producing print after print, of relatively similar images that it will mean his career as an artist demanding thousands of pounds will be short lived.
