Isn't this simply ESPOs image printed onto canvas from a machine/computer? If so, $200 is expensive for that. We could do that ourselves at Supasnaps for a fraction of the price couldn't we?
And it's the certificater that is signed and number by Steve, not the canvas itself.

no you are right, the canvas is not signed it is just the COA that is - i think however the canvas is numbered to correlate with the COA

An necessary evil for insurance purposes. In my experience, the tax rate they charge at customs us usually inaccurate but you can claim this back after you've paid it to release your goods.
