In fact, a tube that costs 10-12 GBP to send to the states costs around $45 to send back (a journey that would be, I imagine, the same distance).

Unsigned Because I'm Worthless, mint condition with COA. Framed to archival standards by Exhibit 1 in Leeds. Frame itself is a beauty. Not sure of rate but couple of Love Rats have gone on ebay for Β£1500 which is a much bigger edition so think around that price seems okay. Would prefer to sell framed and meet in person in or around Leeds, but could sort something out.
ESPO - Never Ever - @ cost (after US postage and import duty etc.) Β£250 + p&p
Dolk Che standard size - unframed mint condition - Β£300 + p&p
PM if interested.

Colours are really vibrant and it looks great, yes shipped flat and all safe and sound.

No, to get parcelforce to deliver it requires payment. Once parcelforce get the package after it clears customs they will hold it until you pay.
