Twelve colour screenprint as well is pretty impressive, and might go some way to explaining the cost. I think this could be similar to Eine's Elton prints: the real quality only came out when you had the print in front of you. It could be a great piece of printing that would make all the difference.
However, as a first release you'd think they could have come up with something that was a better introduction!

Decided that my partner would not like it as it has the word shit in it so felt a bit better at not getting one.
Got home, showed it to her and she loves it. Doh! She even said where she would want it framed.
Managed to f5 a cream one and think I made a good choice. We will see when it is on my wall

Great coup for POW to the get the prints. You know one of those conversations, which crop up on here from time to time, it goes something like this....."i wish i can rewind the clock to such and such date, when I had one of those prints in my basket, but let it go, because I thought it was too much money". This is going to be one of those conversations.

Sorry if I come off as sounding grumpy, I've been up since 5:30 AM since I was bidding in the Phillips day sale and I live in CA, and I didn't win anything!
He basically has great representation in the contemporary art world, and he was a big part of Aaron Rose's "Beautiful Loser's" exhibition and movie. Buying him is like buying McGee, Swoon, or Os Gem... he is not part of the smaller London-centric street art scene, but rather a player in the global market.
