It has a big horizontal crease - cardboard backing board is creased too so presumably a transit crease.
Also:
can you guys inspect your prints closely for blemishes...
1. In the orange to the right of the 'E' in me, i have an imperfection, kind of like a semi circle of lighter orange - like a cup has been placed on it (I realise it hasn't)
2.. I have similar imperfections in the right hand vertical of the 'M' and a blemish in the top half of the vertical of the 'E'
These blemishes are all the same, a lightening of the colour in a curved line.

sounds as if its a result of the way the screen print has been pulled, i've similar imperfections on an early Shep Fairey Print

I asked Steve to mark the replacement 'Replacement for Damaged Print - original customs charges already paid'. No doubt they'll charge again but I'll just fill in the form and go through the same process but claim back the full 20%

Totally agree with you on this, ling. Can only shack my head at that sort of behaviour with the constant posting and moaning even with being told that it is just a technical issue with tracking which usually doesn't effect shipping...

As this design has large flat planes of colour the squegee will pull a varied thickness of ink. They will all be different to a degree. Look at the detail on an original run..
If the paper is transit damaged thats a different case.

Same people who send a print back when theres a pube on it.
Just brush it off, nothing is perfect. If its major damage, then fair enough.. but to complain about inks? GTFO.
