I'm fully expecting one after having an issue with paypal (despite being on the site when they popped up and adding to cart straight away) :-( You have an official statement of Espo that there will be refunds of the black variant? That would be really really a great pity... I carted the print shorty after the release and posted it here at 7:53pm. Afterwards I didn�t hurry, because I knew, that I have 30 minutes to check out at bigcartel-stores. Finally I payed at 8:00 pm. In this case I surely get refunded, also I carted it so early  Again: Are there already any official statements? Or are these 'just' rumours? Thanks a lot... 
No I just asked him whether he knew if I'd got one as was aware that it may have been a late purchase - he replied saying he'd let me know by Wednesday. My assumption being if it hadn't oversold he would have said so but don't want to start panic ;-) Just passing on what I'd been told :-)

I believe I saw some "in progress" shots from his twitter account with only part of the colours on there, stronly looking like a screenprint..
Sure someone else can give you more guarantees than I do, as my memory is the worst

Carted my black and then had a work call that I took... thinking there was no super rush to check out. I paid and finished my order at noon (8:00 London time).
But hey, if I get refunded then such is life. A little disappointed of course, but they'll be more pretty paper to buy soon enough.

Unfortunately, it seems that the system allowed you to purchase a BK Version 1 print after that item had already sold out. I'm not sure why this happened, but I imagine it's a loophole that Big Cartel has not accounted for.
