why are you entitles to a refund? Are you in UK? Because you should only pay 5% and not more for a hand printed edition on paper. I was charged Β£30+ (?) import tax on my last order from ESPO, put in my claim and got Β£20+ back...

Although it looks bad there is only minor damage and nothing some flat wood and heavy books won't fix. I can confirm what everyone else has said. Just seemed to be chucked in the tube with no protection whatsoever so as well as slight crease damage the edges of the print are a little cashed about. I think this is because Steve is a Street Artist producing prints rather than a Print House producing Street Art. Or is it the other way round?!
Having said that it is a cracking print although if i was to sell in the future it defo could not be classed as mint!

I'm glad you're happy with it, but I'm sure you could get it replaced if you wanted to.
If you ever sell it, take a picture of it next to a sprig of mint.
