Trouble is, if it's been in the tube for some time, POW might say that you should have checked it sooner.
I fear that if the particle is removed and the print "touched up", you'll still know where it's been restored and it will bug you.

Debris In Ink Problem, by Deleted on Jul 18, 2012 21:07:05 GMT 1, Some prints look better the more texture there is but on a print by say Invader you'd want it as clean and sharp as possible... for me it would all depend on the artist pro work in question as to whether I'd be chasing POW with this... would love to see the work in question too.
