Eelus • After The Rain Print, by tommyb on Mar 4, 2014 6:56:38 GMT 1, Just picked up my After the Rain from the framer and put it up on my wall. Love the way the colors pop off my grey wall with the grey background. Eelus : "Hi Thomas.
I hope you're well. As promised, I'm emailing to let you know that I'm now in a position to offer you a very limited printer's proof of my 'After the Rain' screen print.
If this is something you're still interested in, please send £300 + postage ( £15 UK, £18 EU, £20 USA & ROW) via paypal to shop@freakshowprojects.com, title the payment 'ATR - PP' and include your delivery address.
If you're no longer interested in this print, please drop me a very quick email to let me know so I can offer it to the next person on the list.
Big thanks and have a great weekend."
Me: "Nah, sorry, don't really have room for it at the moment"
This has made me rather regret that responce

Pahnl 🇬🇧 Birmingham Street Art • New Print Release , by tommyb on Feb 25, 2014 2:49:46 GMT 1, The Mondrian is definitely more immediate, agreed, dexter! What did you pick up recently, tommy? And by all means, give me a shout now and let me know what you had in mind. It can be good to let things stew. And thank you, gooooglemale, although I can honestly say I hadn't seen that specific piece before. Familiar with the doodling kid ones, love how dynamic that series is. I picked up an eelus wound up let down canvas, purple and silver leaf version. I have always wanted one of the prints since I started collecting, it had just came out when I was buying my first prints and I have never managed to get my hands on one so treated myself to the canvas, obviously a week later a set of the prints and a hand finished gold leaf version were offered up on here but I guess the canvas is abit more special. I will get some pictures of it posted once it has a tray frame fitted and is on the wall. I'll give you a pm now with what I have in mind, suppose it would be good to get a rough quote anyway.

Mountain Biking, Show us your Bike, by tommyb on Feb 25, 2014 2:34:03 GMT 1, Yeah, it's not so bad, just need to avoid stairs and my team might have to carry me abit on wednesday night 5 a side but glad I'm back on it, totally worth it. Sounds pretty sweet, look forward to seeing it. I was supposed to move to a full sus myself but popped in to the shop to pick up a couple of inner tubes about 18 months ago and ended up leaving with that bike. It's a real stunner, quite a rubbish pic, just a quick one I took whilst I was waiting for a friend to finish making adjustments to his bike.

ballets de faile, by tommyb on Feb 15, 2014 12:26:23 GMT 1, I want one of these myself, I do actually own one, used my parents house for storage as I was moving house and they stuck it on their wall and seem to have taken ownership of it, I would take it back but it is so much better then the paintings of horses they had up before.

OUTIS • Print Release • Street Art, by tommyb on Feb 14, 2014 16:14:48 GMT 1, I don't really think anyone cares too much about this, if GP are selling a print you like then you are going to buy it, they make good qaulity prints and it's not like ordering from laminate or anything, they will get the prints to you. Are any of you honestly going to miss out on a good release because they sold a print from lesser artist? I certainly don't think so.

OUTIS • Print Release • Street Art, by tommyb on Feb 11, 2014 23:35:05 GMT 1, I rather wanted one of these, thought it would look great in my bike work shop at the bottom of the garden (it backs on to a field which attracts rodents so I find myself in an on going battle with them). I now find the problem that I want the grey not the pink (can't have a pink print up in my man shed!) and given the hype created on this the greys may well sell out due to people gambling one the very very low odds they are picking up a cheap banksy.

James Bond print by Blek Le Rat, by tommyb on Feb 4, 2014 7:19:26 GMT 1, Crikey, this one is poor, I've always wanted a Blek in my collection but it certainly won't be this one. Suppose if you are a big James Bond fan or have a home cinema room or something like that it might appeal though but it's not exactly a great thought provoking image.

HUSH, DOLK, EELUS, INVADER, FAILE, by tommyb on Feb 4, 2014 0:45:43 GMT 1, I've bought a couple of fantastic art works from unit 44 before that I thought were very reasonably priced but agree that these prices are well above average and I would never dream of asking such a price considering I sold my rogue 1 at cost just last week not more than double cost, it must just be hit and miss when it comes to their costing, still a big fan of theirs and think they are a gallery well worth keeping an eye on.

Os Gemeos @99prints, by tommyb on Jan 31, 2014 23:14:51 GMT 1, Wonder if this couldve been avoided if they had done a lottery? A lottery of 99 wouldn't work if the secret price is 4K when 1000s would have signed up for it, the emails would be going round for weeks.
