Okay then - MMMYYYYY BEST Faile on ever!, by AoT Framing on Oct 23, 2008 17:45:47 GMT 1, Personally I think that this is the best original Faile on paper ever -- but I'm admittedly biased as its mine:
As we're all getting our faile's out to show off here's my Aiko canvas

Micallef at the Tate, by AoT Framing on Oct 2, 2008 11:42:35 GMT 1, Anybody seen this? Look's amazing up close, wish I'd had the cash to buy one at the time. Managed to snap this before being asked to stop taking photo's by a large security guard!

Songs start well then go on and on for about half an hour before they finally end. Really self indulgent nonsense. As for Glasvegas - They're a bad Proclaimers, if that's possible?

David Choe original watercolour £2750, by AoT Framing on Aug 14, 2008 16:49:43 GMT 1, Selling for cost due to my wife not wanting it hanging up, can't understand why? Because it has a womans va***a in the middle of the picture... And maybe because there's a little man having a five knuckle shuffle too!

New Labrona decks on Homegrown, by AoT Framing on Jun 13, 2008 13:23:19 GMT 1, Posted by Blind Angle on Yesterday at 11:21pm Hi All Just a heads up for new Labrona decks on Homegrown Skateboards. hgskate.com/store/decks.aspI like the blue multifaced. Ragnar Me too Ragnar, they are class decks! 'finest east coast hard rock maple' ..utter quality.. mine should be with me at the end of the month Top prezzie for my mate whom owns a skate shop in Cornwall
I love Labrona's stuff, but beware when ordering from the Uk as my orders have been stuck in customs/returned to Homegrown for over a month. Great people Homegrown and helpful but go for the most expensive air freight option or you may end up in a similar position to me.

Miss Bugs 5th June Brighton, by AoT Framing on Jun 5, 2008 16:56:41 GMT 1, Sold out already of the two pieces I wanted. (Hurst all over my body and Trechikoff Art Star) Sounded absolutely jam-packed Picked up the Diptych on aluminum, edition of 5
How have they sold out if the doors don't open until 6.30? Didn't think they were selling anything before the show. Still be worth getting down there, drinking free beer and talking arty bollocks. And it's in my hometown and beautifully sunny today!

Antony Micallef hits all time low over weekend!, by AoT Framing on Apr 28, 2008 16:58:21 GMT 1, people here keep saying its a great time for fans to buy Micaleff but obv no one is putting their money where their mouth is or else his prices wouldnt still be in free fall. The truth is no one wants to back what seems like a really bad bet especially people who love his work regardless of price.Micallef is a flipper free zone and no one wants in....why is that ? FWIW I am not a fan of Micaleff and I also didnt read past the second or third reply here so this is not a dig at anyone on this board but simply my observation on the situation I see.
Look you muppet. Micallef is one of the best artists in the country. Back a really bad bet? This ain't the stock exchange or the bookies. I was buying banksy's for £300 a couple of years ago because I loved the images, I wasn't thinking oooh that's a bad investment, how come his work isn't more valuable.? It is a good time for people to buy AM work now, I bought a piece of Micallef's two years ago for £300 and I had to sleep on it as at the time it still seemed a lot of money to me, however it was justfiable in the pleasure it's given me All artists have peaks and troughs in their careers and it just bores me this idle speculation of who's next up to make me money. One print GIWTBB was probably responsible for this downturn in prices as the edition size was large, but hardly a reason to play judge jury and executioner. It's just that right now his work can be bought the masses which I'm sure he'd like rather than breadhead flippers looking for a quick return. How many more times? Buy what you like..

What happened to David Choe??, by AoT Framing on Apr 24, 2008 15:27:17 GMT 1, I thought the watercolours were the highlight of the lazinc show. Up close, they were stunning. Hooker mouse was my favourite, though the other head pictures were fantastic too. I like the idea that some of his work would be difficult to live with. I own two originals that my wife won't let me hang as they border on pornographic imagery, but I love looking at them. Again, a show with figures that are blowing each others brains and suicide is probably not to everybody's taste but it's good that he's pushing boundaries and not playing it safe.IMO Driving home has still got to be one of the best affordable prints out there under £300. Probably needs to get locked up again in solitary, that should see his prices rise again!

Elle Milano, by AoT Framing on Apr 21, 2008 21:02:53 GMT 1, I run a record label and have a band called Elle Milano. Their album was released last week "Acres of Dead Space Cadets" Check out myspace.com/ellemilano A young Indie Rock band, very different to the two bands I signed at my last label, Belle & Sebastian, Snow Patrol. Naturally I'm biased, but amazing live. Enjoy
