Ai Weiwei Skate Decks, by Viking Surfer on Apr 28, 2017 0:43:29 GMT 1, I imagine it means there's a printed signature. This.
God I don't mean to be a Debby Downer, but all these recent releases have been so ... terrible.
I can't wait for a new release to come along again, grab me by the balls and make me scream 'yes, I want this'.
Metaphorically speaking of course.

Roseberys Auctions of London 🇬🇧 , by Viking Surfer on Apr 28, 2017 0:16:36 GMT 1, Gutted! I was hoping this one went under the radar and I was gonna get a bargain 😄 I know you're joking, but it really irks me when I see people post auction threads after the auction has finished!
It's like, where is your sense of community!
People gladly take tips / notifications of upcoming releases and auctions all the time and yet they'd never post their own.

Harland Miller: Painting For Charles Addams, by Viking Surfer on Apr 27, 2017 1:41:12 GMT 1, Easy pass for me. Great size, great artist, but that particular work would never feature on my wall. Thats good all round then as it seems to have sold out (some 4 years after release!) Yorkie Was able to proceed to checkout with one right now.

Roseberys Auctions of London 🇬🇧 , by Viking Surfer on Apr 26, 2017 22:30:48 GMT 1, Actually, there aren't too many other highlights from the Urban art sector.
Couple of Banksy posters, some Brainwash tat, a few bits and bobs from Eine, Kaufman, Murakimi, Beejour, Charming Baker, Cauty, Pure Evil, Micaleff etc. but no stand out works from these artists, certainly nothing to write home about.
Seems to be one collectors standard acquisitions that they're looking to offload. The Scream is the best of the bunch.

Your latest Art Purchase?, by Viking Surfer on Apr 26, 2017 13:59:42 GMT 1, Recently framed by Darbyshires in a welded aluminium box frame. Wanted a bit more rawness to it, kind of like the metal on the chain. Pics never do it justice but it complimented the work nicely. You know that framing is perfect when you can't stop staring at the image. The subtlety of the matte finish on the aluminum almost brings a soothing/softness to the piece. Not to mention it matches the image color pretty damn well. Thanks! Kudos goes to Tim @ Darbyshires, the man truly is a frame brain.

Artcurial Art Auctions , by Viking Surfer on Apr 26, 2017 10:00:08 GMT 1, When you see people are offering 20kUSD for a silver Aladdin, seems like the small Aliases are a much better deal than some of the VIP prints !
Who is offering 20k for a silver Aladdin?

Your latest Art Purchase?, by Viking Surfer on Apr 25, 2017 22:29:00 GMT 1, One of my grail pieces (thank you to the forum member for the smooth transaction) fresh back from MFM (loving your work as always Gary. Cheers!). Thought I'd share it as it's the boldest I've gone on a framing job. Plays off the frame depicted in the piece well I think. My favourite Banksy print of all time, congrats!

Banksy • Girl With Red Balloon Print, by Viking Surfer on Apr 24, 2017 23:18:50 GMT 1, The COAs are generally signed I think by Simon or Holly. That looks pretty similar to Simon's signature on some COAs I have here... I'd suggest checking with Pest Control. i agree. do you have me a fast contact to Pest Control? i have to let doublecheck it as soon as possible. Pest control will usually contact the auction house and have the listing removed too if its fake.
I've alerted them a few times.

Pejac Print, Original, WANTED, by Viking Surfer on Apr 22, 2017 22:55:22 GMT 1, When you write out a really good massive post on pejac arguing both sides wonderfully and then your computer decides the internet is not going to work and doesn't post your message and decides you can't hit back and reclaim it either.

Banksy £10 • Di-Faced Tenner, by Viking Surfer on Apr 22, 2017 22:32:33 GMT 1, Hey Forumites, today I went to a view day for a local auction. The only Banksy item in the sale is a Ten Pound Note. When I took a closer look, there was a kind of Pest Control Sticker visible on the holder of the Note. The expert of the sale explained me this is the way how Pest Control authenticates the Banksy notes ( ?). Anyone seen similar authentication before? Trustworthy? Thanks! A4A
Someone just put a fake sticker on a fake note.

Please for the love of God, remove it from the bed. Why did you keep it in the tube for so many years?

Theresa May seeks General Election, by Viking Surfer on Apr 18, 2017 22:29:14 GMT 1, a smart move all round for TM I think. [ How is this a a smart move ? I must be missing something... TM already has all the leeway she needs to negotiate the Brexit exactly how she wants, even many MPs who were not in favour of Brexit stood silently behind the laughable "clear will of the people" bullshit speach, and offer no resistance to the "hard Brexit" idiocy The only thing missing from the perfect Brexit party is the utter silence from thosewho campaigned so hard for Brexit...but that is another story. So why would she jeopardise the position of power and risk it all ? Unless she dosen't want to be blamed for messing up what is lining up to be an impossible situation to win in, and would happily be voted out or at least have the excuse of adverse powers hindering her strategy ? Fair points. I just felt that regardless of what the majority feel on here, the majority out there will still vote for her and strengthen her position further. I think it's a bold move that will pay off for her.
Of course I could be wrong, I often am

I'm surprised there were no leaks regarding her plans for a general election.
Well done for keeping it under wraps, but a smart move all round for TM I think.
