Pure Evil, D*Face and Paul Insect, by frankiefrench on Jan 26, 2017 12:57:48 GMT 1, Is that Jackie out of register enough? Poor form. He's flooded the market with these things. Dont worry there's plenty more to come no doubt. Melania maybe? Madonna with the weepy tear gassed anti Trump eyes. Oh Belieeeeeeve. You and I are going to get along just fine as they say in the movies. Loving the tear gassed eyes vibes She'll be there whining for attention when they start building the wall as Pink Floyd sign up for a geriatric revival set.

WANTED • What Art are you Searching for?, by frankiefrench on Jan 26, 2017 3:29:19 GMT 1, Hey Everyone, I would really love to jazz up the front of my MacBook with a bunch of awesome Urban Art stickers. Please help me have the coolest laptop in the company! I'm looking for: - Banksy (does not need to be authentic) - Invader - Stik - DFace - Dran - Faile - Ben Eine - Others ? Would really like to buy a lot of stickers from someone if you have multiple artists listed above. Thanks for the help! I have a ton of stickers available for trade, all real ones. VNA did a multi artist pack a while back that featured some of your listed artists giving their take on VNA logos, could sort you some of those. Stickers are a tricky one as you run the risk of them ending up worth more than the spent laptop in the not too distant future and can be left regretting peeling them at all. Decisions, decisions.

Jef Aerosol original on card for sale., by frankiefrench on Jan 25, 2017 20:45:32 GMT 1, Having had some interest in the piece I can give some more information to help as much as possible. It's dark and I am no photographer but can take some not very good ones if the interest is there as it's currently hanging on the wall.
It was sent directly from him in 2009* to an artist in England as a direct one for one trade piece and Jef will be able to confirm this as it was quite unique and messages originated from his www.flickr.com/photos/jefaerosol - account* It is currently framed in a temporary vintage frame and would benefit from nice framing professionally. Valued by Bonhams in 2012 at circa - 4.5 - 6k Piece is on cardboard and measures approx 19 x 16.5 inches. The edges are NOT exactly straight which makes a totally accurate measurement impossible, it looks amazing and should be float framed to accentuate the rough edges. The bottom line price is 4k and if no interest is shown on here then it will go into the next Bonhams urban art sale…. but I will lose some in shipping, framing and fees so i'm happy to let it go at the lower end of the estimate. Serious & genuine offers happily considered.

Commemorative Inauguration Print by BKD, by frankiefrench on Jan 19, 2017 18:56:47 GMT 1, At first I thought it was quite amusing but we are talking about art here and you wouldn't really want it in your home that's for sure. More of a jokey thing for the man shed in the garden! Agreed with some of the above, too many guns, too many bullets and not enough real dialogue leading to solutions. He is inciting further intolerance. A Sesame street puppet would have been nice with a huge combover that could blow off in the wind.

Bad dealing tab tab, by frankiefrench on Jan 19, 2017 16:58:22 GMT 1, The whole thing stinks of an insurance claim scam. Sell for a grand, say you are insuring for £1,300 and then when the thing turns up it has suddenly leapt in value to £2,500. Looks like this guy is going for the full two and a half grand. Tidy profit.

Bad dealing tab tab, by frankiefrench on Jan 19, 2017 16:54:27 GMT 1, Hello everybody Dont like to post a thread like this, but feel I must warn you all on this. Posted in the art wanted thread and was contacted by tab1 . Bought two prints from him,Pøbel - Bunad, small and big edition.Agreed on price,1000£ for them both. Before sending he insisted to insure them even though I said no.Prints got insured to 1300£,cost 100£ incl shipping to Norway. Agreed to mark low value and payment by pp gift was made. When the package arrived it was marked Banksy artwork value 2500£.One of the prints had big cracks and smaller marks on the other. No damage on tube(still have it) Told me to send them back for a refund, wich I did. When I saw it had arrived by using tracking I asked for my money back.Said he did'nt have it,problaby stuck at customs.Believed him and we agreed to wait a few more days. Parcelforce was contacted and they started their investigation. Driver went back on adress twice and they called him and left message. A driver interview/ report was made. In this report signature on adress is confirmed by GPS.Driver also describe him as half cast/black person and that he live with older people. This is correct. Parcelforce sends him a declaration twice. This is to get a official statement/claim from him. These declaration forms is never sent back. Not offered a pound in return and prints are not reported stolen to ABC printhouse. He recieved the prints in return the 21st September,so I have been patience enough on this. I know I am a 1 star member and he a 4 star, but I can show pictures and mails to back everything. Please pm or share if you got any information Thanks😀 Who the f**kis a 'half cast'? Pejorative or what, just saying. C'mon its 2017 not 1950! LOLACAUST - remind me not to go for a job with Parcel Farce if they consider this acceptable report filling.

Sickboy & Word to Mother BOOK, by frankiefrench on Jan 19, 2017 16:38:41 GMT 1, This black rubber bound, embossed and boxed art book supreme came with a bunch of 'extras' in the box including stickers and hand customised pages. I think it went on sale at about £130 when the show happened in east London, Kingsland road? As yet I am to find anyone else that has a copy. What was drawn on the pages? (in yours if you have one) there was a red & blue print as well as stickers both loose in the box and stuck to the inside cover papers (also black) Two enamel pin badges, show cards, flyers. I shall dig it out and put some photos up if there is any interest and would be interested to see what others received in their goodie box.

Skate deck, by frankiefrench on Jan 19, 2017 15:38:37 GMT 1, I am not sure I understand exactly what you are after, but if you're looking for something art related and at a reasonable price I would recommend Alien Workshop's Warhol or Haring series. Absolutely agree on the skate decks and the finish is very good too. The tshirts are top quality and come with sticker tags. Alien workshop put out some real nice merchandise. Uni Qlo had a huge sale on in Japan in 2015, they were giving the stuff away from £3 a piece upwards for Basquiat, Haring and Warhol. I brought back enough of those and toys to justify the extra baggage!

Eine • Exciting Print & Canvas, by frankiefrench on Jan 19, 2017 11:06:56 GMT 1, I have to ask is that mark above the Ben (on the E print) , on the folder itself or on the paper of the print? There seems to be a smudge or dirty mark on both sides of the print but i'm thinking they are on the plastic sleeve? Very nice pieces.

Artists You Might Not Know, by frankiefrench on Jan 18, 2017 17:31:57 GMT 1, The top one looks like Pose - Blot a bit too much! Christ, whoever this French bloke is he likes cutting up pictures of a Pose piece, reassembling them (but worse) and then passing it off as 'collage' It's not really cricket is it, I mean a collage is creating something new out of bits, not just jumbling up an image of someone else artwork. Its a no from me.

What to the think about the Sex Pistols ? , by frankiefrench on Jan 18, 2017 17:25:19 GMT 1, I've only seen it in Rough Trade so far and a lot of the mainstream retailers are not touching it. Surely we have seen every photo from every single angle now?! I love the Pistols but haven't even flicked through it due to the prohibitive price tag, it stinks of yet another cash in what with this 40 years of punk nonsense turning it into the stuff of museums. Going to the exhibition at the British library was a huge let down and they even had a stream of over zealous security guards patrolling to make sure nobody took any photos! I'll stick with my punk memories and keep going to local gigs for a quid or free round these ere parrrts!
