This does however lead me to ask why you deleted the posts without knowing all the facts? and then, to ask who it was that asked you to remove them in the first place?

I cannot see how these posts can be considered to not be relevant to the thread, its partly his show, so the thread was not hijacked.
I'm not saying you have to explain yourself Dan, its your forum and you can do as you choose, but to have you say the posts were cleaned up as they weren't relevant is clearly incorrect, they were relevant. Had you known all the facts, you would have also known that.

It was this fact, posted from the press release/emailer not speculation, that got everyone mentioning JGs previous misdemeanors, in dismay that such a well respected gallery/individual would get into bed with such shady types. Understand there are previous threads about all that but people thinking of attending/buying from this show shouldn't be censored from the facts. This thread could potentially prevent other people having a similar bad experience.

1. Mike's very first exhibition was organised with Golding at Leonard street, you only have to view BRP/Mike's profile posts to see that, if you weren't a forum member back then you may not be aware of this. FACT
2. Mike Snelle is a thoroughly stand up guy (IMO) and has put on some of the very best shows I've seen, and he really does nurture the artists he represents. FACT
3. Golding withheld work and monies from me and Chris (Beejoir), I am owed money which pales in comparison to what Chris was owed.... & Chris asked me to help him with regards to that FACT
I cannot comment on other artists or members!
4. Setting up a gallery with Golding will concern all those who were owed money or artwork by James Golding. FACT
5. It is therefore relevant to those thinking of buying artworks from a gallery with a known history that involves people being ripped off. As far as I'm concerned he stole from me! FACT
6. The censorship of posts will not help anyone, including you, forum members, Golding, Snelle et al....It is creating a far bigger ShtstormFACT
This is no different to the time when concerned members were calling out ~Daniel Lahonda, even you engaged after getting abusive emails! His alleged criminal past was publicised on this forum in great detail... FACT
I really like Mike and really wish him well... I will continue to support him and I strongly believe my deleted posts reflected that stance.

Invite is email from Pertwee Anderson & Gold Gallery and Black Rat Gallery........FACT.............but it doesnt confirm if they are partners, joint venture, landlord/tenant or indeed lovers. Just know they are showing abit of art and giving away popcorn and mince pies
