I've also e-mailed Seigo several times in the past few days and he has so far failed to respond. Very disappointing. martinm! Check your junk e-mail just in case the tracking details are in there. That's where I eventually found mine.

I don't think you scould worry, bought art from him before and everything have always arrived in good condition (he is just a bit slow, and I think he's underrated the response regarding this release)

I've dealt with Seigo on more than one occasion and he was very helpful and corresponded regularly each time. On this occasion it has been the complete opposite. Not one personal response over the whole period. The only thing that went perfectly was the payment process. Funny that! It wouldn't be anywhere near as bad if you could at least follow/track the progress of the package. Almost one month on, nothing!

Because I posted 200 package, and we had 3 days holiday at 12th, 13th and 14th.

It think it has more to do with the timing of postage and the Japanese National holidays.... When you only get one weeks vacation a year the state holidays are much needed.
In my experience the Japanese postal service is one of the best in the world.

Yeah and it's bigger than i imagined ahaha but i love it ! i'm gonna run it down to my local framers tomorrow i want it on the wall asap gonna get a white frame with a white mount with a pink bezel on the mount i'll post pics once it's back
