Bought a Dolk from him a year or so ago, maybe longer even... no issues but always wondered how the hell he gets so damn many Dolk prints!!

If I remember correctly, it did not ship from Japan (believe it was UK) even tho Japan is his listed location.

It was 5 per but this guy has always had a ton of non-Japan releases going back a few years. Again, no big deal and i would buy from him again, just idle curiosity (and maybe jealousy!) as to how he's gotten so damn many.

I won one of the listing you posted above, and I got quite an issue.
A couple of days ago I picked the print up at the PO and there was a small dent in the tube. When I came home and rolled the print out my fear was confirmed. It had several damages in the print area and one of the corners was smashed. I'm am trying to work it out with the seller now, but theres slow progression. I'm waiting to see how everything turnes out before I leave any feedback, but packaging could definetly be way better!

This might be the worng thread to post this question in, but does anybody have any tip on how to handle this from a buyers perspective? What should I demand/expect in this situation?
I just want a fair solution for both seller and buyer.

Oh, and my print shipped from Japan.

I have a hard time deciding whether or not I can live with it, as that's the only thing I'm going to think about when I see it. And shipping from Norway to Japan isn't exactly cheap either. I'll just have to wait for the seller to reply and work it out from there.

Also, I read somewhere that there is a 7 days timelimit when returing an item due to it not matching the description. Is that right?
