He collaborated with 'criminal chalkist' on 'somebody stop me', which was in the same location as ARt-el's photo above. There was a run of canvases for sale too, I nearly bought one, which were attributed to No Comment.

Quite right my apologies in china so cannot get through to the blog. However on PE's Flickr his photo is dated aud 2011. So unless the Bristol piece happened before that PE posted it then and obviously did it before that.
No one should accuse anyone till all comes out in wash as it were. There is obviously a timeline somewhere. I cannot check face book if some one checks Criminals F Book it may show in his timeline when he did his piece

If you Go there you can see it on page 67 PE Flickrs photo stream see the first link.
Next link see the photo and click on the comments see Romany G second comment and follow the link or go to my 3rd link. In this link at the time it went up in Bristol PE says the pic was nicked from him in the comments.

I think I called them a rude name that starts with P and rhymes with 'trick' ..
when they said they had probably done it simultaneously I challenged their dates, and also asked them to provide the source material of the figure which they couldn't...
they or HE is a rip off merchant, he has admitted it...
