I guess it's about the rich and the privileged (royal family?) keeping down the poor (the dogs mouth is forced shut)?

New DOLK murals in Japan, by johnj on Oct 29, 2012 18:54:35 GMT 1, take a look at the nuart piece, also dog with crown - i really like it - I gott be honest took me 5 min before i saw it was a dog, my brain was tuned in it being a monsters with a crown , with the the dogs jaw beeing back of the head and ear, and the eye an eye of course... then, boom i saw it was a dog - i like pics that make sence after a couple of minutes, not instantly, and yes.. have not been drinking :-) - and yes gulosten, fully agree with yr dog theory- "the crown stopps the dog from barking"

As i see it, i see 4 dolks, how he has felt during evolution. first step he felt small, and people did not take him serious. people just heard him barking but did not like it. Then he grew bit, but still, the big boys "toyed" him. Then 3rd pic, he started to become "DOLK" as we know him and people left him alone to let him do his thing, he was starting to become a man. Then, 4th, he is now DOLK as we know him, and he is looking back through evolution/looking back at people that used to neg him, now he is in front, i,e same clothing as the winner print - he is in front, he is in charge. This is what i love about art, its all about personal taste - some people hate it, some people love it, even if its the same motive - people will always read it differently
