There needs to be some sort or registered system, either with POW or here, viewable online, that lists every print released and has a name associated with each numbered print, and then is updated when the piece changes hands. I've seen it work in smaller cases, i.e. Nirvana collectors use this system for early 7"s, and it's actually helped take a lot of the counterfeits off of the market...
