I am currently using yahoo - as this is connected to my blackberry - although no POW emails land on my blackberry, the yahoo portal or even sit in the junk mail folder.
I dropped POW a email and this is what they said -
"Either you have a junk filter which is stopping it or your server is preventing it from getting to you, there are now so many people on the list that some servers think it’s a blanket email..."
Anybody got any ideas - I want to receive the mails - but need them to land on a blackberry?

You can try emailing them and requesting if they can send you an email seperate from the entire list with just your address.

This is currently a major flaw with POW. I have no idea why this happens to some of us and not others, but I am 100% sure that both my gmail and hotmail addresses are on their list. I have never received an email regarding a print release, while I know many of you have!
I have requested that someone looks into this and Dora has not wanted to deal with it, (I know she must be swamped, but not the issue), all she says is "enter the address on the site, if you're already listed then the emails are sent to you".
OK, while they may be sent, they are not filtered out or deleted at my end and I've never received them. I always get the order confirmations fine, so there is clearly a problem with their mailing list management. In the meantime, they sell out of almost everything, so I guess they just don't care!!!

Im not sure how mailing lists work - but i imagion that POW have little to do with it, although it is a service they provide i dont imagion its one they control and monitor, or infact understand how it works. they probably just pay a small fee to a company who is supplying a sub-standard service. maybe if they get enough people complaining they will upgrade.
