I was being facetious. I have to have a lot of Faile's but those prices are ridiculous, those prints are Faile's medium size paper. Not to mention that this guy deserves NO respect, I just hate when people buy Faile's and then to try to flip them for more than double their purchase price in a few months. You should buy art because you like it and you want to keep it. There is more to life than just money. I personally really like Faile's yellow pages but would rather have their other prints. What this guy is doing is making it difficult or impossible for a HUGE Yellow Pages fan to get one, all so this guy can double his money. The Yellow Pages for $2500 is the most fairly priced print on his list! Different strokes for Different folks!

The 2500 isnt bad but I agree with you garrett given the size of the other prints and when they were released its kind of insane. I personally would love a Yellow pages but I dont need to pay an arm and a leg for it. Why cant he be happy with his money back and some extra cash for his troubles like 500 at the most, especially since has to move this stuff...call me stupid but I dont get it.

Hey asshole, I purchased Ian Francis' print, Girl in NY from Red Propeller Gallery as a resale purchase they were offering - it cost me $1500 us - don't post what you don't know. I also have 2 piece (one Phil Frost & one Aiko original) on ebay now - the Frost piece is listed at what I purchased it for and the Aiko is listed at 45% less than what I paid for it - don't assume other folks selling their items bought everything at cost - as it is obviously not always the case. That said, I have no problems with flipping - and don't want to get into that discussion here - I'm just calling you an ass because you are.

At the end of the day it's not about how much it was but how much are people willing to pay as lots of people saying it here on and on and on.
Art is a one tricky thing and even trickier to put a price on it.

Either that or Motor has hypnotized me with his avatar and I am doing his evil bidding. Cheers to him for besting me if that is the case.

People buy, people sell... I think this is more to do with the prices asked being well over market rate. Most of the prints sold on here are at market rate but these aren't... this is where the issues arise
