You'd hope not though right, or what's the point? Earlier post did make me chuckle though about South Ken being as 'urban' as it gets!!
I guess if you can afford the sq ft there you can afford a Daleast on the secondary!

I'm spending on art each month plenty of cash (hard earned and not from ebay) and keeping a lot of pieces and never earned anything selling on ebay cept a pain in the ass. And Yes I'm able to buy DAL on secondary market and I'm gonna do that for my collection as soon as possible. Now tell me what did I flip?

25 in that time seemed suspect to me as well, hopefully no foul play.
