It's a bit sad that this has happened and I feel sorry for you being caught in the middle after doing such an excellent job of organising everything. maybe he has died or something....

Stu (before he resigned as a moderator) ask me if I would like to become a moderator. I only told Silky I would do the job on the basis that I could run next years Charity for the forum. Run for the forum by the forum. This was because I genuinely feel so bad about what has happened this year.
I have run out of apologize on behalf of Verbal and he has run out of deadlines.
After this Sunday action will be taken.
I have had some terrible news in the last couple of days and I am sick to death of being Mr nice guy to Verbal to try and get this resolved.
Verbal up until your last communication 2 or 3 weeks back your only excuse was "I am busy". If something terrible has happened in the interim I apologize. But lets face it this should have been done and dusted by know. Running your business does not even come close to what I do and it is not an excuse.
In the words of CBL get your finger out and behave like a man.
Sorry for the emotional post but I am a little bit emotionally at present.

We've got one of speebe's fantastic award trophy's to sell (most generous street art geek award) as well as a couple of pieces that frankie was gong to donate on behalf of the artist on the night.
Frankie any chance of a sneak peak of what was included from the permission to paint gang for the charity effort?
Also I promised something so you'll be getting something from me personally too. It might not seem like its going according to plan but we'll all make sure to raise a nice bit of dosh for the bluebell charity in the end. 
In the meantime may i suggest that someone takes up the challenge of auctioning any more stuff. Seems like verbals got his hands full or he's been kept by mossad in Israel and i think a plan B may be necessary.

Too busy with work was all that I got in response or his move to London. Yet he has had plenty of time to post about his new bits of art. I know this all sounds harsh but I have had failed promise after failed promise. I have offered on countless occasions to auction the donations for him.
He has promised both myself and Silky to have auctions raised by certain dates and has failed on every occasion.
I now have people contacting me saying that cheques have been cashed for winning bidders but no artwork has been received and countless communications have been ignored.
I have ask on dozens of occasions whether something was wrong and whether I could help and I got in the interim was either "I am to busy" or yes it will be done by this date.
Sorry to everyone but eventually something had to be said.
I have never once suggested that Verbal would do anything dishonest with this Charity and I do not believe he will. In fact read back over my posts and you will find I have defended him at every turn despite his silence in communicating with me.

This person is not a forum member and is extremely annoyed about this situation. They would like to take action as their money is with Verbal and not the charity they thought was being represented.
I am staggered at Verbals approach to this whole situation. I do not care if he has gone to Bethlehem or not as that is purely for his own gain.
Up until the 23.12.2007 there was nothing with respect to his family situation that could be used as an excuse for not auctioning the rest of the pieces or posting the winning bidders their lots. I have received numerous messages from people whom Verbal up until this date had contacted about buying and selling art.
If anything has happened since the 23.12.2007 I am really sorry but lets face it this should have been done and dusted by now. It also appears that the cashing of cheques has not been a problem.
This forums name has been used in each of the auctions and I personally feel culpable.
I have sent Verbal a pm giving him until Sunday to raise all the remaining auctions and post any pieces won to date.
