They will not get many more buying fans if thats the starting price. Anyone who cant afford a spare 4k wont take any notice in their next drop and im sure thats most of us.
I have been collecting for a while and just cant get my head around it. Good for them though. Painting one piece and getting someone to print it 99 times then sign your name on it for 390k is great work. I say rob the people blind while your hot guys  ?

This is a bit ignorant sounding though, sorry.
I know it's almost silly to say, but still valid to consider, these prints weren't produced for free, nor will the website building and package/shipping be free (as far as I'd be willing to bet, at least!).
Also, who's to say this is the starting place? In such a long time of operating together, this is the first time they've released a litho print? Perhaps it's the only one.
Either way the proof is in the pudding, I'd say. There are no more to be bought and that to me, and I'm sure to them, is a sign that they succeeded.

This then makes their work more accessible and not closing off existing and potential fans. I just hope for all your sake they stay popular. Massive risk if you want this for long term investment. Just my opinion though
As for the price of printing? Sorry but that does not really justify the cost.most artists would make their money on the original (and there is one out there) and use the prints as a bit extra.
Does make me think 99 prints looked on here before the release to see what people will pay and maybe you guys set the price

As for price, they priced it to stop flipping I would say. I would think the majority made it to fans who plan on keeping it, with the odd nob of an exception... Not everyone can afford it, not everyone could have afforded it at 500 quid, or even 100, that's life. Anyone who's ever enquired about an Os Gem original will know how pricey they are....
Deal with it.
Look forward to seeing some framed up.
