So you know for a fact anyone who bought one doesn't like the image? How can you possibly know that? Again, I know this goes against the "massive conspiracy to defraud people by making them buy a print they hate" theory, but is it at all possible (as many people have posted) that some might actually just like it? And isn't that supposed to be the whole point?
Couldn't I say, with about as much certainty, that anyone who's opposed to this print release with such vitriol is only interested in protecting the wealth in their collection and they are only pretending to care about the poor unsuspecting "victims" because it's unseemly to publicly defend one's wealth in such a manner?

It's a bunch of people complaining about how terrible the print image is, how terrible the printer is, how terrible the artist is, and how terrible the people are who were "stupid" enough to buy it. Also, god forbid someone mention that they bought a print in a print release thread. y'all need to grow up.

It seemed to me that the common advice of the majority of members here was that a piece of art was only worth the value of the person buying it. E.g. If you like a piece of art and happy with the cost, buy it!!
After reading this thread it seems to me that the whole fiasco surrounding the sale of this print has been caused by the people complaining about it!!!! Complaining about the Gallery, about the speed of sale, if people who purchased the print like it or not and about the artist and his talent/method.
If you liked it and bought it - Congrats
If you don't like it - Ignore it

But besides that, who cares!?!?! Its 90 pounds, is this a forum of fans and collectors or a bunch flippers ? If your flipping, sure, be concerned about the secret artist, who it might be, and what you could sell it for. But if not, we all have the right to buy something that looks interesting, even if its because its ironically "Banksy like" with the knowledge that its not. Just not sure what everybody is getting upset about, unless they were stupid enough to buy this piece as an "investment" and are now concerned with what they really have and if they should be the first one out.
