He needs to pick one thing, let us know what it is and then go from there. I don;t care for the limited thing either, but i do want to know how many he sold. is it not fluid with people buying and asking for refunds? will that not be the case for a while longer?
Should he say oh i have sold 700 but refunded 300. then update us us on a weekly or daily or hourly basis on purchase and refunds. is that what you want?
Or should he wait for a while until all has settled, T shirts have been delivered and then update on how many were sold and the total sent to the charity

I wouldn't think he has a small army of advisors and a PR machine helping him, and is possibly just a guy who had good intentions that has blown up big time for him.
He has had quite a bit to be getting on with I would imagine, and it doesn't look like an instant fix. Maybe allowing the guy a week or two to have a bit o breathing space and to think it through maybe a good idea?

He's also a great artist so i'll give him the benefit of the doubt. But logic thinking and being fair to his donators would help him out of this mess... Sure people will not agree with him, but being fair and straight up is never wrong. I am just baffled with his prior move(s)... |

I've said it before, I bought 4 shirts. I was looking to frame at least one, possibly two if it was a front and back design, and wear the other 2 (one Black, one Grey.)
I personally bought them for the art, not for the cause -- I know, I'm a horrible asshole who should have to travel a desert with no water source -- fitting punishment.
If the shirt is just going to be some bullshit design that comes from a group sourced thought, I still wouldn't mind getting one, but I definitely don't need 4. However, it seems that people who cancel, have their entire purchase (Including other artist shirts) canceled.
on top of that, if the Banksy connection was bullshit -- which is was -- and the design is going to be group thought as opposed to a professional artist, Why the fuck would I pay $80 for it when the shirts by professional artists were half the cost.
I know I'm just rehashing, and he's offering refunds to anyone who wants one, but I guess on Day 4, I'm finally at my frustration point with this project.

He said Banksy even posted it on fb. Don't know about you but I don't know which of my acquaintances have fb accounts. I certainly wouldn't know if someone had a fake one. Not sure why the expectation is that everyone knows Banksy doesn't have one.

It is possible that BNE doesn't have the final count with all the Paypal stuff going on. Why don't you raise it with Paypal? I think it is a valid concern. Even if BNE did provide an answer which he probably will, you wouldn't believe it. You have your mind made up so go to Paypal.
