Banksy was releasing signed prints 10 years ago for 150 pounds - hardly a stretch for this guy to be charging not a lot more than that a decade later.
Amazing thing called inflation.
Jesus you'd think the guy was charging 10,000 pounds - he's an artist who has bills to pay and values his own skill and craft - he deserves to be able to eat. On top of that you have a top notch printing process that also costs.
People whining about the price - get yourself down IKEA.

Give it time and I'm sure they will all go.I just don't think he has the fan Base yet, the image is fine but I think you would have to be a big fan of his to go for one.
I'm happy every member on here who wanted one actually got one as it's been said,very rare at the moment. Shame it won't happen for the phlegm print release in december

A good thing about the price being so high is that the fans of his work will actually get the opportunity to buy, as there is not the usual flipper frenzy.

Yep, I was the unlucky fool who bid on it & got it - damaged! Β£350 price & Β£20 postage. The seller is in Dubai but his friend in the UK dispatched it for him. One of them guaranteed knew it was damaged so I'm currently disputing it via PayPal to get my £££ back. So I will be on the hunt again for another one as this is for my 4yo little lads room Or if anyone has a 1/1 - even better!

I was quite disappointed with the "Enjoy graffiti" and "Different strokes" releases and didn't buy it. Strangely to my opinion those have sold out in no time but were bought by flippers and loads of it have ended on the bay...Unfortenately for the flippers those 2 previous prints were not good horses to bet on...and there are still waiting to flip the print in vain !! So for this release, they didn't give interested for this because they know it will be hard to make any money on this. Ernest knew this well when he has set the price of this new print!
But IMO this is a wonderfull print and seems so wonderfully done! Also Ernest is so skilled i'm sure he has a bright futur ahead. Great every fans of his work are able to buy this print because it will become a real classic of EZ's work in a few years. Time will tell....i will be happy to be quoted in a few years ! Well done Ernest !!!

Ernest Zach is a Genius.. This is a super looking print and it's really good to have time to buy without ones hands shaking in blind panic!!

My take is as follows... Style wars was a good print, and the hand finishing in crayon made it really dope. Otherwise it would have been just a giclee, but the crayon brought it to life and really enhanced the style of the artist. Different Strokes was a cool image but a giclee which just made it feel less legitimate and thus just a cool image. Enjoy graffiti was a garbage print. The stencil was brilliant on the street, and again, through the hand sprayed version, which i own, the artist really conveyed his style and message. This print looks to be super high quality. I love the image, and i feel Zach maintained his artistic integrity by producing it in a manner which is commensurate with his artistic integrity and ability.
Also, i have aeeling this kid is built to last...

Seller or his 'mate' in the UK well knew about it as you'd check a print before sending to cover yourself.
I'll let PayPal get my £££ back now off these sharks.
Gutted too as never ever had a dodgy print where I've had to return it. I'm just grateful we didn't deal 'out of eBay'. I've done that many a time & thankfully never been stung but this'll make me think twice in future.

I will not be getting one, so all you Zach fans, go get it! Still think he has some growth to do before I start investing $600+ But I know he's going to be in the front of the pack of new muralists/graffiti artists.

My 17 year old niece and 12 year old nephew just look at me with blank expressions when I talk about banksy. Now Taylor swift and mine craft? Whole different matter
