I don't agree with that, the people that should get in touch include those you mention but also include people who were through the process, carted, then got their cart emptied by the seller only for the seller to go on and sell those to other people.
I think most reputable houses would endevour to put people where they should be in such examples.

The wife new I wanted the vandal and when I got home she said check her emails and nice hmp confirmation was sitting in the inbox couldn't be happier but now I no I'm going to have to return the favour and usually leaves me out of pocket ha oh well keeps her happy and I'm chuffed win win !!
Well done to the others who got one .. And the others I no what it feels like I thought I didn't score !!

just got lucky.

Would be cool if someone could set up a poll asking those who tried, if they bagged Vandal, IP, or both, or neither. I for one would like to know how many forumites were lucky. Doesnt seem many.
