I'm pissed off because the gallery said to me that the cost with fedex would have been around 8000 jpy, so I given them my fedex client code and now surprise, fedex taken 130 euro = 17000 jpy from my credit card

I got an invoice on the 28th, paid on the 29th, got an email saying it would be shipped on the 7th. Never got a tracking number so I emailed them and they said I got that email in error. But said it would be shipped this past Saturday the 14th if I sent them my phone number on Friday the 13th (I did and got a thank you response). But still no tracking number. If there are only shipping to 150 people that doesn't seem like that big of a task, considering they knew they'd have to ship 150 prints. Approaching the three week mark doesn't make me want to buy from them again. Anyone else having these sorts of delays?

Sounds like you have been charged the 20% instead of 5% people here can tell you how to claim it back. Target gallery should mark the package properley |
