If a print sells for £25,000, do you not think that he may get a very large chunk of that? Sell two of them and that's a very good annual salary for most! spend a little time doing some maths etc and look at the figure. Plus you can add up all his prints. Etcetc etc. remember hid deal with lazarides. Look what's left coming up for sale. So he was selling a fair amount.
look at his COA revenue. As mentioned above his estimated wealth is £20. Now that was done by someone more enlightened than yourself. But let's say their massively wrong and it's only 10 million or 5 million.
plus what you also forget is his revenue from investments as when you invest the cash he has he will be earning at least 10 percent type figures. As they say first million was hard, second one was difficult and took a while. The third one just arrived in the post.

In reality it costs a fortune to run galleries, make movies, operate authenticity business's and such like regardless of how many celebs are buying artwork. Laz is most definitely a business man and loves making money, where as from what I gather the artist he makes most of the money from prefers to give most of it away to charity and worthwhile causes. I'm sure he doesn't need to get on Wonga (government sponsored money lending racket - for non UK residents) however as if the likes of us will ever actually know what's in his post office account .......... please it's just so crass to even discuss it!
