The guy who financed the campaign to get it listed wants to buy the building and turn it into a museum. It should remain where it is it belongs to Cheltenham and would lose all of its meaning if removed

I don't think i have ever seen one a la natural before, a bit boring really, like the B tho.

I'm curious that as it's clearly money which makes these councils and others view such stuff with different eyes. If Richter or Hockney or Emin etc etc doodled or did a stencil or graf on someones wall. Would the law and council rapidly protect the graf and if an unknown did similar graf would the council and police prosecute for vandalism.
The law should be one way across the board. Either treat all this type of graf the same way and do not prosecute etc. Or regardless of how big an artists VIP list, if the graf is done on someones wall without permission, then prosecute regardless.
Personally I think all these people Barton, Banksy, Hirst , etc etc are all in on the joke and connected.
