Seeing him questioned about the scaffolding the other week, you could see pound signs rolling in his eyes and was clearly talkin sh!t when he said the boards and scaffolding were for building repairs and had nothin to do with the sale and removal of the piece

I can see this wall art being a target for vandalism now and will probably have a cctv camera surveilling it from inside the house cum spy mauseleum or museum.
Sort of surveillance cameras protecting Banksy graffiti and an irony at least.
I don't see how the owner of a house or wall makes any difference to the fact that Banksy never asked permission to dab a stencil on a wall and if the owner of wall wants to sell the wall or not, it's their choice entirely.
The Banksy aint being stolen because it was put on the wall without permission like someone chucking something away.
The art is still on the wall anyway even if the wall is sold, just that the wall moved to another place.
Banksy complaining when some stencil he made on someone elses wall is removed or sold he comes across as either naive or wanting his cake and eating it.
Surely he has the sense to not say he made the stencil if he wants it left in place or maybe it's an ego thing and he just has to tell the world he made it and that it's for the people.

"A Banksy artwork painted on the wall of a house in Cheltenham has been defaced.
Earlier this week it was announced a deal was almost secure to keep "Spy Booth" in the town, after campaigners raised the money to buy it.
The piece, depicting men "snooping" on a phone box, appeared in April, three miles from government listening post GCHQ.
The local businessman, who has agreed to pay for the artwork, said he was "confident" it could be saved.
Jenny Lyon, whose boyfriend David Houghton spotted the vandalism during an early morning run, said: "There appears to be silver writing all over the three spies. It's completely ruined. It's awful.
"People have worked so hard to keep it here and then somebody overnight has ruined it for everybody."
Businessman Hekmat Kaveh, who agreed to pay an undisclosed amount to keep the artwork in place, said he believed it could be saved.
"I believe the original paint had some anti-graffiti products in it and also an anti-graffiti product was put over the top of it. I am confident that it will come off," he said.
Campaigners have been trying to keep the artwork in situ on the corner of Fairview Road and Hewlett Road after owners of the house claimed it had been sold and workmen arrived to remove it.
Last month Cheltenham Borough Council issued a temporary stop notice preventing further removal work from taking place on the Grade II* listed building."
