Today free speech is illegal so one has to use art and clever ways round the stupid PC laws.
In some EU countries, (probably all in reality) It is illegal to make racist comments about ethnic minorities but it is not illegal for ethnic minorities to make racist comments about non ethnic minorities.
Hence UKIP and Miliband etc openly slagging off east european but not Africans etc.
The law of racism should apply to all regardless of their ethnicity.
It's a shame if the council removed this artwork.

I don't know what he thinks. But I can make an educated guess as to whether this was satire or a genuinely racist attack when I take into account the political views expessssd in his other artwork. It's not rocket science.

I'm against the council removing this art because it is censoring freedom of expression and also the council is saying Banksy is racist (by removing the art on the spurious convenient use of political correctness) and the art is racist which it isn't.
It's just making a point about immigration and public attitude to immigration which is not racism.
