The 'Do Look Down' show a couple years ago in London, which was also stenciled onto the gallery walls, was up for a week before being painted over, so this is more gratifying.
And thank you, tartarus, we're really happy with the final result and have a very hard time picking out anything wrong with it, which is virtually unheard of when it comes to any piece, hah!

It's usually just being clumsy with the blade whilst your putting it somewhere. But when a cut does happen, well, it can be pretty deep thanks to the size of the blade.

cant help but wonder.. in 10-20 years will all humor be lost on this though? not to sound like the grumpy old man but will the next generation lose the humor in this because the whole selfie, look-at-me culture will just be the norm? no one would understand the day this behavior actually seemed ridiculous

It's by no means spontaneous at the moment. Anyway, all art is contemporary, whether you're trying to make it so or not.
No big plans at the moment, 11, it's still only been a fortnight since 'A History Of Us' opened. There's the 'Underground' group show by Graffiti Street in a week and then Upfest is in a month. More street work is the general aim, get back to that and have fun. And with our own screen print setup definitely want to play around with that more, as it's more than just a medium of reproduction. Projects tend to present themselves and I'm always up for something fresh.

'Liberation And Ecstasy'
It is easy, it is difficult, it is tiring but most importantly, it is worth it.
This is a little more abstract then some of my previous work but for me it explains the energy and fighting that goes into creating a piece of work. If you're curious as to how the lines of spray were done, it's a secret. A secret I will now tell you: I cut a stencil for the form of the line and then held it away from the surface of the painting whilst spraying. It's not much of a secret but it works a treat for a situation where the line is too small to actually paint freehand.

This might be enough...
It's so easy to draw these pieces on the computer but it quickly sets in how much needs to be cut when the stencil layers are sat in front of you on the cutting mat. Nonetheless, a few long nights of cutting and a handful of good movies got me through these beautifully detailed pieces and I'm very pleased to share them with you now.

So Upfest 2015 came and went, which seemed to have grown massively after it's break last year. Anyway, we were sorted out with an excellent 16 meter wide (90cm tall) wall for the festival, which are perfect proportions for what we paint, haha.
Been meaning to do a man vs machine fight for a while and this is a universe we're going to expand upon in the street and with prints, which will be along the same lines as the wide 'Chaos Trilogy' pieces.
Anyway, won't bore you with all the text here but there are plenty more photos at www.pahnl.co.uk/thewar

So we painted a show about history. Whilst the show is still up until 4th October in Coventry, it will soon be painted over. This is nothing new to us, as work on the street can be taken down as quickly as it went up. However, some of you enjoyed the show so much, you wanted to have a copy of it. Others of you are in lands far away and didn't have the opportunity to visit the exhibition. With that in mind, we put together a chunky book packed with all 282 important inventions, vital discoveries and notable figures that feature in the show's timeline.
This high quality book is a first edition of 125 copies, with a 350gsm cover and 170gsm pages insides, all in full colour. In addition to all the timeline entries, there are a number of photos from the show and a nice little interview The Herbert conducted with us. Each book is also hand signed and numbered.
This is a pre-order for the 'A History Of Us' book and is expected to ship 28th September.
