I paid about 300 quid all in, I bought myself a plan chest so not being used now.

Anyone selling sleeves/rack/portfolio right now with an affordable way of sending them to Berlin?
I have several mid-size ring-portfolios with elastic sleeves, but want to get my bigger prints (>60x80 cm) that are not on the wall out of the tubes to view them more often but without the risk of any damage. The important thing for me would be that the bigger sleeves had to be rigid, so that they do not bend by themselves.
Currently, the only way of keeping the large prints safe is the storage in tubes, so I do not get them out as often as I would like...

I searched high and low for an A0 portfolio with rings but could not find one and/or sleeves with ring holes. The mapac is good but I would advise to check the internal measurements of the mapac when buying sleeves - selwyn or other plain arch/poly type.
I bought my mapac from here - just off brick lane with (limited parking) in the good old London town. Atlantic do everything connected with art.

You could spend a couple of hours in there, they have a good number of portfolios on display, but I would give them a call to make sure they had a mapac A0 and put it aside to save a journey. Then maybe visit a few local galleries and/or take in the local market/spitlefields.

Got mine on ebay via a strip out company near Grain in Kent. 'bout ยฃ200 I think and delivered, into London. They are big - make sure you measure up to make sure it goes through your door openings
