If you search through threads on here you'll find a life times worth of reading on not buying them off ebay, especially without any provenance.

All I knew was that my nephew (adam) is s a huge fan and his 18th birthday is coming up. Being a resourceful aunty, i contacted Banksy via email found on his web site. I said that i knew he probably got thousands of such requests but could he possilbly send me something to give adam. To be honest I wasn't expecting even a reply but a few days later I had one saying that I had a nice pair of emotional thumbscrews ( I did go on a bit in my request) and that, sure , he would send something.
Fair play, the next week I recieved an envelope with some pieces inside. I've since learnt that the upside down stamp is relevent in some way?! There was an assortment of stickers, a postcard of kate moss a la the marilyn monroe on which Banksy has very kindly wrote " for adam, from Banksy " and the £10 note signed in the bottom right hand corner in biro. I was amazed as I thought it was a real tenner until I looked closely (feel a bit of a numpty now that I know a bit more about him!). Anyhow, I've got them all safe until oct (the birthday).
I'm very grateful to Banksy and feel very lucky. I know that adam will love them and, now I know a bit more, will urge him to keep them as safe as I have!

Rather than spending all that time looking for examples of a this print framed up... you can see and post examples in this thread! This will allow everyone on the board to have a look at what other people have done with each print to see how different mats, frames, and mountings look for each individual print. This should be a good way to save time from searching all over, plus it will give you some nice ideas for your Banksy!
Feel free to add photos of your framed example in each of the appropriate threads, there is a "Framed" thread under each print listed in the 'Banksy Limited Edition Prints' section. To keep each thread manageable and on topic, please refrain from commenting. Also, remember to resize images that may be oversized so everyone can have a proper look at your framing work!

They currently seem to be going for £225 - £300 on ebay. I have just bought one and it came with a letter of authenticity from TomTom. I wondered whether there are fakes about and how to tell the real from the fake.

Funny story - They tried to use a leaf-blower to blast loads of them over the fence & into the crowds one wet Reading fesival, unfortunately the otherside of the fence was a toilet block

What with him selling those and people charging £30 for two books you can still buy at POW for £10. It makes me sooo mad.
Off to calm down in a dark room.

As for the little books - if people are dumb enough to buy em off ebay without doing a bit of searching first that's not the really the sellers problem is it
