I gave a couple of these as wedding gifts which I now regret.
But replaced with these!
Really pleased that Phil is getting the success he deserves!

Fragile, This is Art, Happy Days & The cop chasing the kid. Love 'em all and they always spark up a bit of conversation when folk comment on my collection when over. I've also just learnt that Kunstrasen means artificial lawn in German.

If I remember correctly he had produced a few unique Fame & Gloria / David & Gloria pieces a while ago and someone posted it on the forum (it may have been Coach that started it). Created a lot of new interest so Phil created a canvas edition which I assume re-ignited his passion and he started playing with a few other images.
Got loads of support from here which is why he then offered his first few images direct to us at ridiculous cheap prices...all of which were snapped up by forum members. Now gone on to do at least one show and releases through GP and other galleries - something special about watching an artist develop and see a growing fan base from relatively near the beginning. Really hope his success continues

I like that Kunstrasen's work incorporate an element of humor and fun. The spot remover is indeed a very clever image with a nice touch of sarcacism thrown in. Would definitely love that in my collection. Not putting Whatson down, but well...

I have a few of Phil's pieces in my Kunstrasen collection and rotate them on my walls. The first pic shows what I have up at the moment and the second is a test spray canvas which is just about to go up. Wish I had room for them all.
I think this will be a breakout year for him and he will begin to gain even more recognition outwith this forum.

It's my fave Kunstrasen piece, extremely powerful. Psyched to have scored it.
