I have this Invader Half Print in my collection and for insurance purpose, I would like to get a "valuation".
I'm the first owner and got it directly for Itinerance at District 13 event in Sept 2019.
Saw some on eBay for 6.000€ and on Dope.gallery sold for 5.590$, but don't know if it is the current/real value of the print.

As you may know, it went very very bad at the selling during the event, and few were sold to "ordinary" people (if I remember well they sold only 15 (7 full + 8 half) during the show) then Galerie Itinerance did a lottery but it was so opaque that nobody really know if they sold some and if so, how many, and the rest was sold to selected people such as artists and regular clients at Gallery's discretion.
Saw some screenshots of the Spaceshop but never heard that they have been available online since, and I am afraid that those screenshots are fakes.
I'm looking to get a quick valuation for insurance purpose and by curiosity, if one of you could help me it would be awesome

Invader haven't sold a print on the space shop since a while and this was an exclusivity for Itinérance. I think I saw one or two going on eBay for 5000€ but that was before we found out that the image come from the biggest piece he ever done ! I got one as well directly from the both. I asked on the forum for advise on valuation but didn't get much informations so far. Where do your plan on insuring yours ? And do you know approximately what it cost ? And how good the insurance cover your piece ?

Yeah the price range I got i n mind was around that amount but before the « release » of the huge invader in Place Stravinsky.
Actually I’m enjoying my quarantine to make a precise valuation of my collection, in order to contact later on my insurance company to get a quotation for how much it would cost to ensure my full collection, or just few pieces of my collection.
In fact, my quotation is just informative, as An expert need to come to my place to give a proper valuation, that’s where is my problem, this print has probably never been in auction, and I’m afraid that this expert will give a wrong value ... same for the rest of my collection, I don’t really know if those experts are aware enough of the urban art market to be able to know the « real » value of the rest of my collection ...
I’ll let you know once I have an answer from the insurance companies I have contacted.

I wouldn't recommend an art expert, I'm sure the just with this forum you could have a good idea of the value of your collection but you'll probably have to deal with an insurance expert anyway. I actually don't know how insurance are working. No, not one went for auction yet, but considering it is the biggest piece ever made. And the image is nice and simple, it is I think the most demanded ones. The value must be more around 6/7k€.

To be honest if I had all that to sell, I'd probably get onto Artcurial & send them the lot before the end of May for inclusion in their July Urban & Pop contemporary art auction.
The hassle and risk of offloading that collection without some kind of intermediary is outside my comfort zone.

That is an unfortunate tear. However I don't think it's enough to make the difference between dealing and unsealing it. If you want to keep it, open it. Incorporate the packaging into the frame job, and enjoy it properly. They still achieve good sale results opened, however many would be more comfortable buying it sealed- even with the rip.

Looking for a ball park value for an Invader 'Explosion' print, edition of 50 from 2015.
