I am so sorry... it is a wonderful idea to keep your COA on the back of your artwork. I hope you have lots of Banksy prints with the COA's hidden safely on the back of the frame. Telling someone who is new to collecting that it is a good idea to put the COA on the back of the piece isn't helping and framers shouldn't recommend doing this. Put the COA in a safe place away from the artwork. This can prevent theft and can be useful in recovery or insurance claim and for many other reasons including proof of purchase. Many people put their COA's in fireproof safes and some even go so far as to put them in safe deposit boxes.
If selling a piece that has a COA, it is a good practice to send art and COA separately.

I've never had a print with a certificate with it before, whats the norm? stick it to the back of the frame? Bearing in mind that I lose everything
Buy a lever arch file, some dividers, and punched polypropylene pockets / sleeves.
Keep all your art-related documentation compiled together, but separate from the art itself.
You may already have similar systems in place for your:
- general household items (receipts, guarantees, instruction manuals);
- home, property, automobile documentation (deeds, insurance, etc.); and
- personal identification, education, employment, family and health records.

Eelus does use the biggest tubes i have ever seem tho. We turned all of ours into a ferret training centre.
