Obviously, condition is of the utmost importance and the piece must have a Pest Control COA.
I fully expect to stress myself out during this process over the next many months so wish me luck...

With an item of such value, probably best to list it once you've got your IT problems sorted. You don't want to put potential bidders off by putting up confusing or misleading photos on your listing.
